Make clear what your values are
Your values are your ideas about what is most important to you in your life. What you want to live for and with. They are the silent forces behind many of your actions and decisions. The goal of this exercise is for you to become fully aware of their influences and to explore and honestly realize what your true values are at this stage of your life. You can become more self-directed and effective when you know what values you really choose to maintain and live by as an adult. And those who get priority over others. First you define your values, then you rank your three or five in the top.
